You belong in this group if you are involved in the software development life cycle, employee lifecycle (of HRIS, HCM, HRMS), or operate in cross-functional teams of People Operations. We know the trials of the industry, and want to meet as a group to educate, inform, and discuss!
Our mission is to create an ecosystem of individuals involved in cross-functional People Operations by facilitating discussions that:

- Explore new trends in HR and Payroll processes that open opportunities
- Bring awareness to HR Technology to digitize and adapt to HR and HCM systems
- Connect people to opportunities and grow our community into a large network of HR tech professionals.
Our official meetups are on the last Wednesday of every month, but we meet every other week to troubleshoot HRIS issues, discuss everything in the sky, and more! We look forward to contributing effectively to the future of work.
