Triangle Family Caregiver Support Group

This is a support group for caregivers and family members who deal with an aging parent(s) or a disabled adult. It is not a therapy group but an opportunity to learn, support, get resources, make friends and get ideas. We all have or will face the challenges of having an aging parent or loved one who may suddenly require our time, energy and support and in that moment, we become caregivers. Most of us are not emotionally prepared for such a time so that when it arrives, hopefully this support group will be helpful beyond belief.
