La Leche League of New Paltz presents:

Our monthly meeting for friendship and breastfeeding support.

Breastfeeding is often difficult and time consuming when you are first learning, yet each week brings less frustration, and more ease and enjoyment.

Join us in a guided discussion about every stage of breastfeeding and learn ways to respond and adapt with grace, humor and empowerment.

The meeting is informal and there are refreshments.
Come as you are. We have time to socialize during each meeting. Babies, bottle-fed babies, and older nurslings are always welcome.

If you are pregnant, we especially encourage you to attend.
Seeing real mothers responding to their babies, and breastfeeding them is the most important way to learn about breastfeeding your own baby.
