I'm a member of the TC60 Gym, and spoke to the owner Tommy Coyle, who said he'd be happy for me to bring in some peeps for a workout on a Saturday morning at the Humber Street location!

It's a fully equipped gym with cardio equipment, weights and boxing bags.

I'm running this as a FUN workout with music, and good vibes to a circuit style team workout.
Looking at starting 9am - around 10 for the workout.

This would be great for people who want to try doing something a bit different, if you've always wanted to workout but never had anyone to go with, or if you're a regular gym goer who wants to come workout and have a laugh.

Looking at going for some Brunch after to load back up on all those hard worked off calories 😂

This is a FREE event.
No membership required for anything.
I'll meet you all there and let you in.

For anyone who has found gyms intimidating, it's a small gym and likely we'll be the only people there.
So we can bang on the tunes and have a good laugh whilst working out! Let's crunch, Punch, and have some Brunch!
