Enjoy delicious vegetarian cuisine from around the world when you join us for Aging with Grace Yoga Retreat March 28-30, 2025 at Ratna Ling Retreat Center in Sonoma County, CA
We use organic products and many of the vegetables and herbs are harvested from our gardens to produce delightful meals reflecting the current season’s bounty. Meals are served buffet style in our Grand Dining Hall where you can cozy up to the stone fireplace or you may choose to dine outside in the Garden Pavilion where you will be surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Our retreat offers tailored yoga poses and breathing techniques that promote vitality, strength, flexibility, and a sense of inner calm.
Hosted at the serene and inspiring Ratna Ling Retreat Center, you’ll experience a joyful and open atmosphere where nature and mindful movement come together.
