Catskill 3500 - Balsam Mt from a different way. Meet at McKenely Hollow Rd Parking lot and car pool to Lost Cove Rd Trail Head.
Take Red uphill 1.3 miles to blue(left) We will ascend and descend Balsam on the blue trail. Take right on Red back to McKenley Hollow and our cars
Distance Approx 7.5 miles
Elevation Approx 2,000 feet. Basically starting at 1500 feet and ascending to 3600 feet.
