**1\. Venue Selection:** BCF reserves the right to choose the venue based on our comfort and rapport with the ground owners.
**2\. Group Communication:** Only BCF-related information is allowed in this group.
**3\. Game Organization:** Games are subject to ground availability and our bandwidth.
**4\. Participation Commitment:** Only add your name to the list if you're 100% sure of joining.
**5\. Payment Policy:** First pay, first serve. Please update your name with "paid" after payment.
**6\. Refund Policy:** No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. BCF cancellations will be refunded.
**7\. Game Commitment:** If we reach 10 players, everyone is expected to participate.
**8\. External Games: If BCF isn't organizing\, there is no game\.**
**9\. Punctuality:** Arrive 5 minutes early to respect others' time.
**10\. Communication:** Read messages as neutral text, without assuming emotions.
**11\. Respect:** Value others time and commitment
