It's our pleasure to share Chinese Martial Arts with you.
☀️Practice Qigong and Taichi with Chinese Masters on a lovely Sunday morning.
Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
☯️Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training, its health benefits and meditation. It is a fist system based on the dynamic relationship between polarities (Yin and Yang)

2.Qigong Breathing exercise and Meditation
3.Qigong warm up and BaDuanJin practice

Yang style of Taichi 24 forms group practice

Beginner Group : Taichi level 1 forms reviewing and learning new forms
Advance group :
Specific training and practice with weapons -
Group photo
Please bring water bottle with you. There is a public water refill station. Feel free to bring snacks for sharing.
You can bring a Yoga mat for meditation. (If the weather is good enough we are going to practice yoga after Taichi event)
Most importantly, Bring a big smile 😊
