If you have a curiosity about improv or are a full blown fan, this meetup will share ways to watch, participate and make friends being a part of this revolutionary art form. Workshop Description: Step into a unique improv workshop where the magic happens in the quiet moments. Join us as we explore the subtleties of humor that lie in silence and stillness. In this session, you'll learn how to harness the power of pauses, create compelling tension, and develop genuine, humorous responses. By embracing a slower pace, you'll discover new depths of connection with your scene partners and unlock a different kind of comedic potential.
Facilitator: Anders Lankford is a beloved local comic, a staple of the Boulder comedy scene since 2009. With a wealth of experience and a distinctive approach to improv, Anders will guide you through the nuances of finding humor in the calm, encouraging you to slow down and savor the comedic moments that arise from authenticity and timing.

Join local newer & experienced players for a fun and relaxed improv workshop that will work on games and exercises that will broaden your improv knowledge & skills!
This workshop at the Flipside Theatre in Superior from 7-9 pm. No experience necessary and beginners are always welcome. We'll have pizza, too.
