Join us for the first-ever international exchange event hosted by Uni- students group "Unity Across", "LiaRis", and EF (one of the world's largest language schools)! 🥳
Let's celebrate Christmas with friends from various countries! 🎄🎅

Participate for half price at 500 yen using one of the following three methods:

December 21 (Sat) 17:00-20:00 (Reception starts at 16:50)

📍 Venue:
Nakazakicho Hall (1-6-8 Nakazakinishi, Kita-ku, Osaka)
2 min walk from Nakazakicho Station / 10 min walk from Umeda Station

🎄 Activities:
Ice-breakers (games) / Free talk / Mini-recreation

🍽 Food & Drinks:
Snacks and drinks provided. You can bring your own food too. No alcohol allowed.
It's a casual party, so come in comfortable clothes!

👥 Who can join:
Anyone interested in English and international exchange (mostly university students and 20s)
Maximum capacity: 150 people

🎫 Participation fee (per person):
Early bird: ¥500 (until Nov 30)
Regular: ¥1000 (from Dec 1)
Group discount: ¥500 (for groups of 5 or more, please mention your group name in the form)

※ Cash payment on the day

💸 Cancellation policy:
Before Dec 18: No fee
Dec 19 or 20: ¥500
Dec 21: ¥1000
Bank transfer fees are your responsibility. Payment details will be sent later by email.

⚠️ Important Notes:
• Everyone must register individually (including friends and group members)
• Check the cancellation policy if you need to cancel
• We may share photos/videos on social media. Let us know if you don't want to be included
• We'll inform you 3 hours before if the event is cancelled due to bad weather
• We aim for a 50/50 ratio of Japanese and international participants, but this may vary

• No alcohol allowed (enjoy it after the party if you want)
• Keep noise levels down outside the venue
• Follow venue rules (you may have to pay for any damages)
• Don't come if you're feeling unwell
• No dangerous items or inappropriate behavior
• No religious or multi-level marketing promotions
• Organizers may ask you to leave if rules are broken
• Take care of your belongings (we're not responsible for lost items)
• We'll only use your personal information for this event
• Please use public transport (no parking available)
