One of Maryam's key strengths is her ability to implement unique SYSTEMS (Strategies Yielding Synergy, Teamwork, Execution, and Mastery) in sales and leadership roles. Her immigrant mentality, combined with decades of business experience, sets her apart as a mentor and coach. Having transitioned from corporate to self-employment in 2005, Maryam's journey reflects her passion for helping others navigate similar transitions successfully.

Maryam's expertise has been honed through her experience in various sales and leadership roles across diverse industries. Her journey has led to remarkable achievements, including being recognized as the first female Regional Director in over a century for a Fortune 500 company. Subsequently, she ascended to the position of President and CEO within a Fortune 100 company. Moreover, she has actively contributed to her community by co-founding and co-chairing multiple non-profit organizations.
