Yogasanas are offered as a set of powerful postures to transform the body and the mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. They are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength, but are a way of aligning the inner system to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thereby naturally achieving a state of health, joy and bliss.

## Program Guidelines & session information
Due to the nature of the practices, we request you to maintain an empty stomach condition when you come for the session. There should be a gap of:
- 4 hours from the last full meal,
- 2.5 hours from the last snack,
- 1.5 hours from the last beverage (excluding water)
- Due to the nature of this practices, there are some precautions. People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time
- Women who are currently pregnant
- Anyone who has had a major open surgery in the last 6 months
- Anyone who has had laproscopic surgery within the last 6 weeks
- As a general note, always consult and follow your doctor's advice. If you have any questions regarding your participation, please visit ishaups.freshdesk.com/support/home.
- Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of time, as we may not be able to accommodate latecomers.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable (loose) clothing.
- Bring a yoga mat with you, and a cushion if needed as we will be sitting on the floor.
- As we strive to minimize waste, we recommend bringing a refillable water bottle with you. Refill stations are available.
Breaks are included. Attendance for all 4 sessions is required.
