Transforming through love: full moon cacao and drum ceremony

As part of the Regen Fridays at the Commons Hub, we invite you to join a full moon journey on 15th November. In November we explore the energy of death and rebirth, of deep transformation. We propose to explore self transformation through Love. Nothing better than sacred cacao and drum beating to connect to your Heart for such journey.

Cacao ceremony - drum ceremony - dance with cacao - relaxation and internalization.

Cacao has been used for centuries as a sacred plant medicine, known to open the heart and connect us deeply with our emotions and intentions.
It is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine and is safe for most people.

Shamanic drumming creates a rhythmic vibration that can help induce a meditative state, allowing participants to journey inward, release blocked energy, and connect with their inner wisdom.

What to expect: a safe environment for expressing yourself. Friendly hosts. Yoga mats, water, tea and pillows are provided.

What to bring: your bottle of water, comfortable clothes for movement, a pen, your journal or paper for taking notes, a big scarf or light blanket to cover yourself when you wish to relax.

Recommendations:
- please drink plenty of water before and during a cacao ceremony
- refrain from drinking caffeine and alcohol the day of the ceremony
- avoid heavy food at the day of the ceremony

To confirm your space, we ask an advance for the full amount. This is to be able to measure the right amount of the 100% pure Brazilian Cacao for each participant.

Facilitators:
Mara - born in Brazil, initiated in Siberian shamanic drum, Mara has held private cacao ceremonies. Mara conduces drum healing ceremonies.
