Join us as we delve into writing our own journey and engage in practices designed to help budding authors and non-authors alike with journaling & life practices that encourage you to shift the perspective, embrace ALL of yourself, celebrating the life you have lived and craft the next chapters for the life that you desire. Through our writing discovery our own Personal Legend are you in?

This session will be coming together to write there will be 40 minutes spent writing in silence with gentle music playing and prompt on the screen for those who want to journal.
