This class is a combination of Yoga, Qigong, and Tai Ji Quan. It is intended to foster mindfulness, and improve your balance, mobility, and walking. These slower movements have been researched and proven to benefit both mental and physical well-being. This relaxed version of Tai Chi will heighten focus, self awareness, and mindful breathing.
