What we’re about

Our mission is to make you the most fit version of yourself through movement and the supporting of better nutrition and daily habits. And you know you want some of that.

Intensity Matters (IM) aims to get you outside to run, jump, and yell, meet new people and get a good sweat on. Some people run a few times a week. Others prefer yoga or pilates. And many hit the gym to lift weights. Why not do it all? Every IM session is a physical and mental challenge; you will learn to do things you never before thought you could do, (and practice some moves you already know), and after every workout you will feel like you have accomplished something. All you have to do is show up. Come join us for a good workout in the park! If you're into any sport from Ice Hockey to Triathlons to yoga and anything in between, or you're just looking for from after-work stress relief, come down for our Meetup and get that heart rate pumpin'!
