The practice of Push-Hands introduces new elements to Tai Chi Chuan practice, expanding on the foundation of Short Form practice.

By interacting with others, we learn to release and energy in harmony with others' movements of advancing and moving back, doing so with reduced tension and a more unified brain / body activation. This is exhilirating and yet grounding at the same time, for better mental and physical health in everyday life.
