Free Workshop- Into to Yoga Teacher Training. Participate in an insightful and introspective workshop designed to help you learn the qualities of a great yoga teacher, understand the human experience and how that relates to the students in your class, create a chair yoga sequence and join with others and thier love of yoga to teach a Chair Yoga Class.
Discover what it's like to be a great yoga teacher and decide for yourself if becoming a yoga teacher is the next step for you! There will be time for a Q&A. You will get to take a look at the student manual, the daily class schedule, as well as the textbooks that will be used for the 200 hour teacher training starting in January 2025
