Agenda:

  1. 600pm — Meetup and warm up (individually)
  2. 615 pm — Start walking
  3. 715 pm — Max time end of walking/jogging + Log-in your steps of the day (Google form)
  4. 718 pm — Mamak time or disperse!

What if I can only join later (like 6.30pm or 6.45pm)?
The main goal of the walking club is advocate people to move more so don't worry so much about having to show up on time, most important is to show up for yourself .

Where to meet
I will update on the day as its a public space therefore, its on first come first serve basis
