A Peaceful Holiday Season: What do we need?

For many people, the holiday season can be stressful and tense. In this session we will explore with art materials what our deep intuitive wisdom shows us that we need to experience the holidays with more peace, calm, and tranquility.

I will facilitate the session with a prompt and then we will create together in silence, followed by sharing. If you feel just like just listening, you can do that too.

Bring whatever art supplies you choose, which could be as simple as a pencil and paper.
