An easy-paced 8-mile mostly flat hike, Richmond Park is the largest of London's Royal Parks, it is of national and international importance for wildlife conservation and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest & Grade I listed, Its landscapes have inspired many famous artists and it has been a location for several films and TV series. Richmond Park was created by Charles I in the 17th century as a deer park. there are a couple of small hills. Please have your lunch before the hike starts. There are numerous public toilets along the route.

We end our hike at Richmond station around 4:30pm, for (optional) drinks/food at the Orange Tree bistro pub opposite Richmond Station where we have a large table booked.

💪**Grade**: 8 miles, mostly flat, with a couple of low hills, following mostly paths and tracks.

* **🚶🏽‍♀️You need to be able to hike at a regular 2.5 miles per hour.**
* **✅Participants must RSVP'd to attend & we don't take +1's or cash.**
* 🐶**Dogs** **are not welcome on any of our hikes.**
* **💱Event bookings are none transferable.**

**😓Factors outside our control,** such as train strikes, rail engineering works, train timetable changes, heavy rain, flooding, thunderstorms, ice/snow or extreme/dry heat, may force us to **alter** this hike. **If we** have to **reschedule or cancel** this hike a full refund or event transfer will be available upon request.
