Join us for a Free Yoga Session offered by Isha Fondation.
Yoga for Success can improve memory, concentration, and mental clarity, relieve stress, anxiety and strengthens the spine.
- Neck Practices, simple practices to activate the neck and shoulder region
- Yoga Namaskar, a complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
- Chit Shakti Meditation for Success (Chit Shakti means ‘Power to Create’), a potent tool to harness the power of the mind, and manifest what you want in your life

No physical agility or prior yoga experience needed.
