What we’re about
**NEW** - We plan to meet up a couple of times a week to go for a run and then socialise afterwards. So if you enjoy meeting people and want to make new friends in the area; as well as improving your fitness and general wellbeing then this is a great place to start.
Whether you are a regular runner and are looking to meet like minded people in the area, or are a complete beginner wanting to improve your fitness; everyone is welcome! We will run the same route and can adjust between longer and shorter routes for different groups accordingly.
