Regional Rail Bar Crawl! Down the Mainline towards Center City

Ever thought to yourself, "I love bar crawls, but you know what would make them even better? Trains!!!" Well, you're in luck because we’ve mapped out the perfect day of bar/brewery hopping along the Paoli-Thorndale line! It turns out, there’s a whole bunch of awesome bars just a hop, skip, and a stumble away from SEPTA stops.

Here’s the plan:
We’re kicking things off at Malvern and riding the rails all the way to Ardmore, making stops along the route for a drink (or two) at each. Each stop is about an hour, but we’re stretching things out in Wayne because, well, let’s be honest—there are too many good places to choose just one, and we’re gonna need some food!

Grab yourself an all-day SEPTA pass for $13, which gives you unlimited on-and-off access, and join us for a day of good drinks, great company, and zero designated drivers needed. So who’s on board for this ethanol-fueled train adventure?

If you are coming from Center City:
catch the 1:05 train from center city (Suburban Station)

If you are joining us from the burbs, meet at the Flying Pig at 2....

If you are slow or want to hang out where we are at, you can meet us at one of the next locations - the group doesn't wait for anyone
- trains don't wait for people so if you want to join us, you have to be on time

Come out and join us for the whole day, or even just part of it...meet us along the way if you want

FYI - no bars know we are coming, we have no reservations - keep it that way; seating will be first come, first served, grab a spot where/as available

and we'll play a fun ice breaker game along the way (optional)
