What we’re about

IxDA Indianapolis is the local chapter of the Interaction Design Association, http://www.ixda.org, the world's largest association for UX professionals.
Our goal is to cultivate and grow the culture of User Experience & Interaction design in Indiana through creating a professional community of practice. We believe that the human condition is increasingly challenged by poor experiences. IxDA is committed to improving the human condition by advancing the discipline of Interaction Design. To do this, we foster a community of people that choose to come together to support this intention. Diversity, inclusion, and parity are core values. IxDA relies on individual initiative, contribution, sharing and self-organization as the primary means for us to achieve our goals.
