group is for the kansaijin foreigner who lives in kansai area and kansaijin Japanese who want to have a great time to create an art and connect to the artist friends and practice language and meet and connecting each other easily.
You can join over 30 international meetups every week.

"Welcome Japan" is a community that provides a great opportunity to make a lot of friends and experiences at many events in Tokyo.
We have over 50K members and usually we've organize more than 100 events every month. The organization has been started since May 2009.
