This Saturday’s guided meditation will include moving meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, post meditation self-massage, and short Dharma talk via video. We will provide meditation cushions for you.

For in-person attendees, please let me know in advance if you wish to practice on chairs. Since we have very limited spots, please only enroll if you plan on attending.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before 1:30 pm because the door will be closed at 1:35 pm.

Due to limited parking spaces, you can park at 501 Apollo Rd. for additional parking for around 4 min. walk.

This Saturday’s guided meditation class will be online, so you will be able to practice within the comfort of your own home. You will be guided through moving meditation, sitting meditation, and self-massage through Zoom. Please practice in a quiet room and leave your cellphone muted as if you were practicing in person. If you don’t have meditation cushions, you can use blanket and pillow(s). You will need to download the Zoom app to be able to join our online session. After you sign up for the class, the Zoom meeting link will be available to you.
