**⚽ MORNING PICKUP AT SOCCEROOF NEW ROCHELLE⚽**

Welcome to all players joining the group and event! We are looking forward to creating a co-ed friendly game in the New Rochelle area. Enjoy some morning footy followed by hot drinks from our bar and European league games broadcasted on our screens.

**THE SETUP IS AS FOLLOWS**

* 3 teams of seven rotating every 6 minutes regardless of the score (everyone gets to play!)
* The ball is in play until it hits the net on the goal side
* Call your own fouls and respect each others calls

**NO SLIDE TACKLING**
**NO CUSTOM TEAM MAKING**

It is an indoor venue with state of the art turf. We allow indoor and turf shoes, **no cleats for this meetup**, the player safety is priority.
We will ask all our players to please fill out the following waiver for liability purposes:

✅ Once completed, please screenshot the QR confirmation code which will be checked on site. This will only be for the first time.

**RULES :**

1. Payment system : Paypal
2. We recommend players to arrive 5-10min before the session in order to enjoy the full hour and a half.
3. Waitlist : No waitlist is available with the online payment system
\- If someone drops this will open a spot for you to register online
\- You can come on site and join the session if a spot is available or if someone is late by 10min or more\, the on\-site waitlist follows a first come first serve basis\.
4. Dropping : Please make sure you move to not going **at least 1h prior to evening & night pickups or before 12am for morning pickups**. If you have to move out after these deadlines, please send a message to Thibaud on the app.

**REFUNDS AND GAME CREDITS**

1. No shows :
*\- All no shows will result in a ban and no refund or credit will be applied*
2. Late Drops :
*\- All late drops \(Please refer to the Late Drop rules\) will result in a ban and no refund or credit will be applied*
3. Lateness :
\- Anyone late by 15min or more will have their spot open up\, no refund will be applied but a credit can be given\.
4. Regular Drop :
*\- Anyone dropping before the late drop time is eligible for a game credit\, please reach out to Thibaud on the app\.*
5. Refunds :
*\- Refunds will only be applied in the case of an event being cancelled or rescheduled*

Socceroof is an indoor venue with state of the art turf.

**5v5 games with rotations depending on the number of players.**

**Minimum 10 players** for the session to be on.

Session will be canceled **1 hour before the start** if not enough players registered. Players will be **refunded** if the session is canceled.

Players who register and don't show up will be temporarily banned. Please be on time to maximize the experience for everybody!

**15 players max per session (3 teams of 5 players)**
