Basic Yoga in Yoyogi Park (if rainy, under the bridge)

Meeting Time: 　11:15 am
Meeting Spot: Yoyogi Koen Station (Chiyoda Line) Exit 4 - Street Level (If you are coming from Shinjuku, take Odakyu Line and get off at Yoyogi Hachiman Station. Get out of the North Exit and turn right. Go straight, take the first right, cross the street to Yoyogi Park, turn right walk straight. Yoyogi Koen Station Exit 4 will be on your left.)

Yoga Session Plan (60 minutes)
20 minutes Standing poses
20 minutes Seated poses
20 minutes Lying poses

What to bring: Yoga mat or picnic sheet or a large towel
