Zazen Meditation Monday Nights

Our formal weekly meeting is held at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Jacksonville located at:
7405 Arlington Expy
Jacksonville, FL 32211

We meet in the Fletcher room located in the south wing to the left of the church entrance in the last room. Signs will be posted pointing the way. You are also welcome to join in by way of Zoom. If you've recently joined our group, you can find our Zoom links in your MeetUp messages, but you can always message us or email us for the Zoom info if you need it.

We begin at 7:00 PM with opening verses on chant sheet provided to all attendees, followed by two 25-minute sits with 5-minute Kinhin (walking meditation) in between, and close ceremonies with chanting of the Heart Sutra. At 8:00 PM we have group discussions and guest speakers and we typically wrap up at about 8:30 PM.
