What we’re about
Suppose you get enough power to change the school syllabus!
What will you add or delete?
If you think remotely like us, you’d definitely add two things to it: personal finance and public speaking.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a job-doer, a professional, a student, a freelancer, or even a homemaker, you must master two things in life:
-
Managing Money
-
Letting go of stage fear and becoming confident in handling one-to-many and one-to-one conversations
You need good communication skills during a presentation.
While dealing with a client or a customer.
In managing a team skillfully.
During a job interview.
Heck yeah, even when you want to propose to someone special or build a relationship with them!
But nobody teaches us how to improve speaking skills, bring ideas out on the spot, take care of grammar, time, and filler words, and create magic in a room!
Well, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered.
Toastmasters teaches you all of it.
Now, if you don’t know about Toastmasters, here’s a bit of it:
“Toastmasters is a non-profit organisation that manages clubs worldwide to promote leadership, communication, and public speaking.”
At Toastmasters, you get a supportive and positive learning environment. Members help each other become better public speakers and improve communication skills.
In short, a perfect platform for you if you want to improve your speaking or communication skills and practice speaking every week!
Brownie points: Toastmasters also develop leadership skills by giving you various leadership roles that help you understand how an organisation operates.
If you’re in or around Jaipur this Saturday, join us for our weekly meeting at Jaipur Toastmasters Club.
We meet from 5:45 - 8 PM every Saturday, and our meeting comprises prepared speeches, impromptu speaking session, evaluation, and many fun-loving activities.
“Come like a guest. Feel like a member.”
Most importantly, the entry for guests is free of cost.
You can attend a meeting, experience how Toastmasters work, meet our existing members, and then decide if you want to start your public speaking and communication improvement journey.
We look forward to meeting you this Saturday. RSVP to the event, so we know you’re coming and bringing along friends.
