Everyone is always welcome to join our events. Our community is all about creating authentic in-person connections in this urban jungle.

ABOUT THE EVENT
Friday night is fun night! Let's have dinner together, and then Karaoke!

We will meet for dinner at Urban Forest Cipete, and decide together where to eat. They have pizza & pasta (Solo), Steak, Indonesian and Western cuisine. Around the corner there's plenty of Warung for small of quick bites, too.

After dinner, perhaps at around 10 pm, we will move to Karaoke Happy Puppy, just around the corner (walking distance), and get a room for us. There won't be any reservation placed for dinner or Karaoke, as no-shows always make organisation different. Don't be that persons! If you register and cannot come, please update your RSVP for other people to take your spot, and to facilitate organisation. Repeated no-shows will be kicked from the group.

You can arrive anytime during dinner, and decide to join us without eating, if you prefer not to. Please order at least one drink as respect to the venue. Once we got our Karaoke room, you won't be able to join us anymore. Newcomers are particularly welcomed! Come alone or with a friend or partner. There won't be a shared bill. Everyone will pay what they consume, and we will share cost of Karaoke equally.

ABOUT THE VENUE
Urban Cipete Forest is a nice urban area with restaurants and lots of green. Happy Puppy is a family Karaoke with plenty of rooms. Price are decent and we will split the costs of Karaoke equally!

• Let's meet at the main entrance of Urban Forest Cipete, near the MRT Stop Cipete Raya. Then we will find a restaurant together

HOW TO REGISTER TO THE EVENT?
To register, just click “Attend”! There are a few simple rules

• We kindly ask attendees who cannot manage to join to update RSVP at least 24 h before the event as a courtesy to other attendees and event organisers.
• People in the waitlist cannot attend, and are encouraged to check a few hours before the event if they got a spot
• Repeated no-show (3X) without updating RSVP will be removed from the group.

WE HAVE A MEMBERSHIP FEE. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Since September 2024, our community has a membership fee of 200k IDR valid for 365 days after payment. Membership fee is offered with a promo discount to first-timers, who can become members for 120k IDR/year. First-timers can decide to attend one event for free and see if they like becoming part of this community. Membership to both Jakarta Friends and Jakarta Creatives is offered for only 220k IDR/year.

Membership gives access to all events plus exclusive perks available only to paying members, like for example our Give Away Birthday Celebrations with lucky draw. To many events, attendees can bring a +1 for free.

Having a membership fee giving access to all events provides much more value to members than having a ticket fee for single events! We guarantee to keep organising plenty of events. You will receive a full refund if the group closes down, or if there’s no event happening in three months.
