Are you looking to dance your way to great health? Are you looking for a fun group-exercise environment to build better health habits and to also make new connections? Do you want to experience a one-of-a-kind Zumba experience? If so then this is the group for you! Our group meets in person every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm at Knights of Columbus 83 East Lincoln Ave, Jamesburg NJ. Come join us and dance the days stresses away!
