Gourmet Dinner with Wine Pairings at Careme's

How do you learn about wine? By DRINKING IT! Join us for a three-course gourmet meal at Careme's Restaurant, where you'll be welcomed with a glass of bubbly, and each serving will be enhanced by perfectly paired wine selections. The meal will be prepared and served by Atlantic Cape Community College's chef educator and culinary students. Our personal sommelier, the always charming and entertaining Dr. John Mahoney, will talk about the wines and answer any questions you may have. The cost is $55 per person and includes food, wine, taxes, and gratuity. (Gratuity goes to the Student Scholarship Fund.)
