IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ATTENDANCE
In cases where you are on the waiting list or the event is full I think it is ok to show up to the event anyway. I've two reasons for thinking that.
First, the sign-up through MeetUp is more of a gauge of interest than a firm commitment as there is no way to enforce attendance. Some folks, me included, have things happen and they decide not to come but don't change their status on Meetup. Or folks attend that haven't signed up. Both of those are fine!
Second, if you show up and we are full we can try to get more chairs/make space or otherwise make a reasonable effort to accommodate your attendance.
What We Do
We play board games, card games, and RPGs. New members and visitors are always welcome! We are in our regular venue. For more information regarding the venue please click here (https://4142298.xyz/JIGGKansai/messages/boards/thread/51304602). The closest station to this month's venue is JR Kyoto Station which is about a 15 minute walk from the venue.
Game days are great and the more games available to play the better. You are welcome to bring games that you want to play. This accomplishes 2 goals: a) it increases the pool of games available to play & b) it guarantees that there is at least 1 game that you want to play. It's a win-win for everyone. Don't have any games? No worries! As the host, I bring a bag of games. The games cover a mix of styles and player counts but the selection is limited to my collection so I might not own any games you want to play.
