# The Unobstructed Universe by Stewart Edward White was originally published in 1940, and it is now available to read for free on Project Gutenberg and Internet Archive, or it can be purchased at Amazon. This is one of the first books I read on spirituality, metaphysics, and the afterlife, when I was young - about 15? - and I felt like I had discovered a secret book which someone had snuck into the library and hidden among all the "normal" books. Although it has been almost 50 years since I read it, and I don't remember everything in it, it is one of the books which I recall opened my mind, and made me thirsty for more, and I have never forgotten the title. It will be interesting to see if I find it as fascinating now as it was to me then, and interesting for us all to see if the content is as relevant to our lives today, as it was to people living in a world which has changed in so many ways since the book was written.
