What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to give people an awareness of Lake Joondalup and its beautiful natural environment. Lake Joondalup has a crucial role in the ecological health of Perth's environment. Being a large waterbody, it has an abundance of bird life, as well as significant flora - Banksia, Jacksonia, Hardenbergia, Eucalyptus - to name a few. I grew up near Lake Joondalup, and have a passion for its flora and fauna. Come along for an informative morning. Bring your walking shoes, camera and enthusiasm.
