Parenting can be really hard but it should also be rewarding and even joyful! Come reflect on your week together - what caused stress, and what gave you energy. Let's support each other to problem solve, in order to live lives true to our values and find ways to tip the balance of stress to joy in our journey as both parents and individuals.

​Don't be scared to come late - we know how it is. And bring your kids! There's a kids corner in the same room with baby bouncer, toys, and toddler jungle gym. We are pooling to pay some local high schoolers to help out with babysitting. Please bring $20 (per adult) and any number of kids.

​Call Ruth at 6282099005 if you have any trouble getting in (we can help you bring the stroller down the stairs, too!)

This event happens at 10:30am every Saturday.

Come skate, dance, play, or garden at Hayes Valley Playground! We have skates you can borrow from toddler size 8 to adult size 9. Welcome to bring your own wheels and toys too. The garden is on the same level as the playground, and the roller skating and music happens down in the basketball court area. Gardening and roller skating instruction provided. You're also welcome to use the basketball or tennis courts, or otherwise do or bring any activity you want. This is a family-friendly event where adults without kids are welcome, too.

This event will be CANCELLED on days when it rains and SFUSD school holidays.

This café has a kids area. Parents come to read, write, or just to chat while kids play. (ask us for the secret wifi password if you need it :) )
