Bring more joy and play into your day with movement classes! Classes are designed to help undo the tension and stress of the day with low-impact, accessible movement.
What do I need to bring to "unwind and relax"?
You can do yoga on a flat surface, but yoga mats provide extra cushion and traction to help support your body. While the props below are not required, these are the props that may be referenced in the instructions:
- Recommended:
- Yoga mat (Link to yoga mat, extra long mat, extra cushion mat)
- 2 Yoga blocks (Link to Block & Strap combo, just the blocks, cork blocks)
- Bolster (Link to 4 piece set with blocks & strap, just the bolster)
- Therapy balls (Tennis balls work just as well, or your can get some here)
- Optional:
- Yoga strap (Link to Block & Strap combo, 8' strap, 10' strap)
- Yoga blanket (Body/beach towels work just as well to cushion, or you can get some here)
