What Will We Do in Class?
We start the class with opening prayer and introduction. We will discuss a spiritual topic of interest. We will do two exercises to open up and practice our intuition and share our experiences (optional). We will close with a meditation to connect to our Inner Guru, Spirit Guide or Creator/Source for guidance; this meditation alone is worth the entire class. I will use hypnotic guided meditations to help you tune into your intuition for a more successful experience.

Each class you will be learning and increasing your spiritual knowledge and sharpening your intuition. I want you to walk away with a wonderful sense of peace, love, insights and clarity.

What is the intention of the class?
· Practice tuning into and strengthening your intuition.
· Learning to connect to your inner guru/higher self for guidance.
· Increase spiritual knowledge, grow spiritually and expand consciousness.
· Meet other spiritual seekers around the world.
· Have fun learning and growing spiritually.

We all were born with Intuition. it's our walky-talky device to the Divine/God/Source, to guide us in navigating life's maze on Earth. Yet, for many of us, our intuition was blocked for various reasons. Without our intuition, we are navigating life's maze in the dark, living life through trial and error, which creates a lot of unnecessary harships and suffering. With our intuition turned on and the skill to use it effectively, we can relax and trust, for we will be guided through every process of life, making decisions will be easier because the paths and choices are clear to us. We know we are not alone or have to figure things out on our own, for there is a higher Wisdom/Power guiding us and supporting us through life's twist and turns. If you have used your intuition before, you know what I mean.

If you are reading this or have been thinking about intuition lately, it means you are awakening and it's time to turn ON your intuition. That process can be instant for some, or takes a long time for others (like me). With the properly support, we can speed up the process of turning on and learning to use our intuition appropriately and safely.

Why Use Hypnosis?
I believe hypnosis is a powerful tool to help you access your intuition. When I started on my spiritual journey in 2011, I could not access my intuition. I wanted to develop my intuition so badly, I attended many psychic development classes but couldn’t get it. Then I started getting hypnotized and found my intuition opening up and improving. Today my intuition has dramatically increased from when I first started. Hypnosis and spiritual study played a big part in my heightened intuition.

Besides my own experience, I have witnessed clients being able to access their intuition easily in hypnosis. Some opened up their intuition for the first time during the hypnosis session.

Who is this for? This is for you if you're just starting out on your spiritual path and you want to learn to use your intuition or need help accessing your intuition. This is also for you if you have already been on your path for a while and need a little support to catapult you to the next stage.

What is required?
Because we are doing sensitive energy work, it's important we show up fully, with video on and participate 100%. And protect the confidentiality of your classmates.

You will need a device (computer or smart phone), a safe, comfortable and quiet space. This is important work and you are worth the time and space dedicated to this.

Warning: hypnosis is not appropriate for those with seizure or psychological disorders like schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder.
