This group is to promote well being through jumping rope.

No experience needed, all skill levels welcome, all genders welcome, all ages welcome, all races welcome!
I'm not an expert, a trainer, a coach, or a teacher, but if you don't have experience in jumping rope, I can help with some tips.
You will need to bring your own rope. If you have to buy one, you can google "how to size your jump rope"
Meetings will not be trainings! Meetings will be more focused on enjoying jumping rope - so, jump as fast or as slow as you want/can... try different jumps and laugh!
