In this series, we will explore a special sequence of meditations, called Lamrim, which allow us to make progress in our meditation practice, leading us to deeper and deeper levels of inner peace and wisdom.
The Lamrim meditations are 21 essential meditations that allow us to practice all of Buddha’s teachings in a systematic, effective manner, fitting perfectly into our busy modern life.
The emphasis in this series will be how to make our meditation practice effective and joyful.
Each class will include a brief guided meditation to connect to an experience of inner peace, a short talk about the specific meditation being introduced, a concluding guided meditation and advice on how to apply this to our daily life.
Everyone is welcome to attend any of these classes.
