Hello, Hello to dog people in Kanata. My name is Colleen and I have recently taken over as organizer of Kanata Pack Walk Meetup Group. It is my hope to resurrect KPW into a fun and lively group with regularly scheduled pack walks as well as some other interesting outings with our four--and sometimes three--legged besties.
As mentioned, the walks will be regularly scheduled but there may be additional imprompty walks and outings as well.
Anyone with a well-socialized dog(s) is welcome to participate in our onleash walks which will occur in the Kanata area. You don't need to reside in Kanata to participate. Please note that we may venture elsewhere for special outings (e,g. Constance Bay Beach which is dog friendly!) Regular walks will be about one hour in length. Some events will be longer.
I will be establishing and posting the regular walk schedule this weekend. So please stay tuned for these details. Any suggestions? Please message me!
I hope you are as keen as I am to re-activate this group and get out there for some great exercise and hopefully worthwhile conversation while in the delightful company of our much-loved doggos!
