Sunday Movie - Memoir of a Snail

Not the movie I expected to see but at 4:45pm is "Memoir of a Snail" a stop-motion odyssey of hope triumphing over life's despair with humanity to spare makes Memoir of a Snail a deft, heartfelt tale.

Jacki Weaver, Eric Bana and Sarah Snook lend their voices to this bittersweet Australian memoir from Academy Award-winning animator Adam Elliot (Mary and Max) centered on a melancholic woman who hoards snails, romance novels, and guinea pigs. Winner of Best Feature at Annecy 2024.

Meet at cinema and collect tickets at about 30 mins before TBA. We plan to meet 30 mins before to socialise first over coffee or drinks. I'll book tickets for the group - pay when you arrive - let them know whether you need an adult or senior ticket.
