Please join me and my new co-host Chad Brown for the 5 annual Parade of Lights around Lake Woodlands. We will meet at Northshore park at 5:00 Pm. Please be ready for MANDATORY pre paddle at 5:30. If you’re not at the pre paddle, you don’t go.

Since this paddle is at nighttime, it is state law to have lights on your boat. Since we have to have lights, why not be festive and decorate the heck out of our boats and go be seen by all. This is a beginner level paddle so all may join. The float plan is to paddle up to the concert pavilion and then back to restaurant row (Hughes Landing). I believe the Jiggle bell run will also be that same night. So there will be a lot of people seeing us.

After the paddle we will all make our way to Guadalajara Mexican restaurant at Lake woodlands and 45 for some good food and great friendship.

As with all our paddles, Kayaking Houston does not provides boats, paddles, or PFD’s. You are responsible for your own gear. It is also MANDATORY that you will wear your PFD they why it was designed to be worn. We take safety personal and don’t want any events happening.
