Paddle out of Beacon, NY!

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE SIGNING UP!

Please arrive early to be in the water at noon. This is for experienced paddlers only: Dry Suits mandatory, 14' kayaks minimum, no SOTS, canoes, inflatables, rafts or paddleboards. NO PETS.

Bring a cart or wheels if you have them to transport your kayak to the water.

This is a paddle of peers going out on the water, not a guided tour, you should know how to assist/self rescue. Everyone is responsible for themselves. This will be a couple of hours paddling in the Hudson.

Please only sign up if you are going. Take yourself off the list if you can't make it, please be kind. Any LS member who is a no show w/o cancelling, will be waitlisted on future outings and only allowed if there is room. Please be responsible.

Don Urmston is the coordinator for this outing. No guests, everyone must sign up for themselves. Pack whatever you need for a 1/2 day trip on the water. Have a great paddle and please post pictures if you take any.
