SINGLES & COUPES WELCOME: Every 2nd Friday, LET'S DANCE holds a Latin or Ballroom dance lesson at 7:25. At 8 pm, the dance starts. Your $10. allows you to attend both. Bring your friends & try something new. The more times you attend, the more dances you will be introduced to & the more people you get to know. Kelowna has some amazing dance teachers & they volunteer to provide a beginner lesson for the first part of the class, then the last part often has some advanced moves for the more experienced. Expect 20 to 40 folks from the dance community. Bring your water bottle (help with the environment. )
Yes, bring a pair of shoes that 1. you didn't wear outside, 2. that are smooth on the bottom (if you have them), (these are specially good for the gals spinning. Running shoes grip the floor & prevent us from turning. Dirty shoes can ruin the bottoms of dance shoes.

Your chance to join Kelowna's Dance Community. But first you want to learn the basic steps to the most popular Kelowna dances. There is a community of more than 500 folks of all ages. This 101 basic 8 dances in 8 weeks for Singles or Couples, will introduce you to steps that will make you feel comfortable on floor. You will meet 8 to 15 new students tonight, Monday Oct. 21st, at 5:55 to laugh & learn together. Drop in costs $20.00 or 8 weeks for $125.00. Bring a water bottle (save the environment) & a smooth pair of shoes- if you have them for turning easily. (our last Friday dance we had 6 extra male partners- & the next week it can be reversed.) Lindy Dance Class: Sharon & her team of teachers can teach you Lindy & have you looking good in a few hours. Lindy is an energetic swing dance, for young people- or at least young at heart & good knees. (Swing is related to the Jive)
Guys, if you want to meet lots of ladies, LEARN TO DANCE. Ladies love to dance. And gals- if you want to dance-- the guys who know how to dance want a lady on the dance floor that know how to respond to their moves.
