Breathing is the first thing we do when we come into this life, it is vital for our existence and a bridge between our inner and outer space. In these sessions, we will use this precious gift to find some balance, counteract anxiety, feel calm and possibly experience some inner stillness.
These online breathwork classes offer a foundation to prepare, settle and practice breathing techniques inspired from different disciplines. The practices can be carried out sitting on a chair, cushion, or lying down on a carpet/mat. No special equipment needed.
