I'm Steve, your Kichikae coach and the founder of this unique Korean wellness practice. Kichikae encompasses innovative exercise methods that have attracted more than 40,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram in just two months. I'm excited to lead our first Kichikae community session in Hong Kong!
Kichikae combines elements of Korean stretching with modern mindfulness techniques, focusing on releasing tension and improving overall well-being. After this session, you'll experience true relaxation and rediscover your natural mobility.
This outdoor morning session offers a perfect opportunity to practice Kichikae together and start your day with renewed energy. We'll be exercising for approximately 30 minutes. However, please feel free to leave early if you have work or other commitments.
Join us if this is you:
- Experiencing muscle pain (shoulder, back, neck, pelvis, knee, ankle, etc.)
- Struggling with limited mobility and body stiffness
- Seeking to enhance athletic performance
- Aiming to improve body balance
- Dealing with poor posture

This is a free community event, open to all levels. For the best experience, please:
- Register your attendance (MUST)
- Bring a yoga mat
- Wear comfortable clothing
- If the weather is bad, look for announcements in the Kichikae WhatsApp group and Meetup.
