* Join us virtually from the comfort of your home.
* Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and open conversation.
* Topics are not limited to a specific subject. For example, we will address topics such as grief, loneliness, loss, family issues, life transitions, anxiety and stress.
* We'll explore breathing exercises and stress management techniques.
* Shared information and experiences are **fully confidential** and stay within our group.

🤗 **WHO CAN JOIN?**
New members are welcome anytime! Regular attendance is encouraged to foster a sense of safety and continuity within the group.
